   I got this for part of an outfit for a concert. It’s good quality pleather. The hat fits well and is well made. I don’t think the front is quite as high as the picture on the Amazon page. My ONLY concern is that it collapses while wearing. But, I can fix that with a piece of poster board in the rim.

   Bought for a Halloween costume. I read the reviews and also found this has a strong fish smell. Surprised, since this is past feedback, that the supplier hasn’t resolved this significant issue. I sprayed with essential oil spray and tucked in some fabric softener sheets. Hope that helps.
