Description says 10.5″ length. Reviewers said it stretches. Laying it down, it measures 25″ but does Not stretch. Can mostly close it, but it’s tight. Have looked long & hard for a velcro band to replace my 13 yr old one. Don’t know how people manage the pull-overs. 1) I have cervical issues, but 2) pull ons trash ones hair gettin on & off. The depth of this does make me appear as if I’m marching in Russia (I bought the white), but works for now until I can find another. Good Luck to all.

Wow. I absolutely love this product! It’s so warm and it’s one of the few ear warmers that lets you wrap around the head and can open and secure. Most that I’ve seen have no opening and they smoosh my hair. The only thing I will say is the circumference is not wide enough, the Velcro barley touches and there were not a lot of color selections. I would have loved a black one to match my coat. I wish the size were a bit bigger to fit comfortably but it definitely will keep my forehead and ears warm, which is the main objective.!
