   Great fit. Warm! My expectations were not high. I thought they might be a tad itchy or ugly but they are neither. I figured for this price (4 for 16.99) I would settle for “good enough”. No need to settle. I have no hair on my head and my BMI is about 17, therefore I am always cold. While these caps are not genuine cold-weather gear, they are plenty warm enough to keep the heat in my body.More and more I think people are being shipped different products. I see people posting very negative comments and saying people posting positive comments are crazy. Well… what can I say? It is possible those people were shipped a different product than what I have on my head right now.Bottom line is that I love these caps.EDIT: More on these caps. After wearing them for a few days, I love them more. Like I said earlier, these are not what you would call arctic weather gear. I have a cap made by Sherpa ladies, hand-knit with yak wool. I paid about $30 for it and it is worth every penny. But it is usually not cold enough to wear where I live now. Even with no hair on my head, that Sherpa hat is too warm to wear indoors and, except in the dead of winter, too warm to wear outside (in SW Washington state). The hats in question are not that warm, i.e. too warm most of the time. But they are very warm! They do an excellent job of not letting my body heat escape from the top of my head. They are snug in a good way. Maybe too snug for some. They are not in the least bit uncomfortable! For an unlined cap, that is remarkable.One feature that I like and some may not is that on, at least one of the hats, there is “excess” when worn snug on the head, i.e. not flopped over. See the image. I don’t mind at all. More warmth. But it is not much of a fashion statement.That is probably all I have to say. 🙂 For $4 dollars each, they are a steal.EDIT: 2 weeks later. One final test – How do these caps handle the laundry? Perfectly! Normal warm water wash, normal heat in dryer. Still snug and warm. No shrinkage. Just like new. Still very happy with these caps.

   So I bought these because I am tired of my kids loosing expensive beanies at school. I decided to buy these since they were 4 in a pack at a good price incase my kiddos loose them again I won’t loose a lot of money in the process. I washed them and dried them and they are soft, they held up well with minimal shrinkage. These are definitely worth the purchase and surprisingly are not cheaply made! I might just buy more for the hubby! Definitely recommend!

   Warning: the caps come in a vacuum sealed pouch. So, they might have a funky smell. I just soaked them in a water and dish soap solution, rinsed out thoroughly and bam! Or is booya more appropriate?The price is great. Excellent quality. I am out in sub-freezing temps, rain and snow. I’m ready to buy another batch.

   Love the look and feel of each hat. The only thing is they smell like they have been sitting in a molding garage. I’d still buy them again. Wash them and they are well worth it.
