The hat was soft and really badly designed but like most too short to protect the neck well. I didn’t find the face mask very well designed either.

Hat works great, however when the flaps are up, the hat barely fits on.The cap itself doesn’t feel that deep. I don’t think I have a huge head but maybe I do? lolThe Velcro for the chin strap is a little flimsy but not terrible. Would have been better with a snap or button.Took it hiking and some sticks scrapped across and it didn’t tear! So great job there!

Pros: Warm, soft interior. Silky water repelant nylon exterior.Cons: There are no clips to fasten the side flaps up as shown in the product pictures. The ear loops on the mask broke the first time I wore it. The flaps are shaped disproportionate so the don’t line up when fascened under your chin.Overall this cap is very warm, but the quality design quality seems to be lacking for thc price.
